(Or, How Not to Break Your Hat — or My Spirit)

Welcome to Dizco Chaos — where the hats are fabulous, the sequins are extra, and the fine print is sprinkled with glitter. Please read these terms so we’re all on the same (dance)floor:

1. Treat Your Hat Like the Delicate Diva It Is

Our hats are handmade works of art, designed to make you the centre of attention — not to survive a mosh pit, torrential rain, or three consecutive nights of headbanging. Please wear with care, avoid vigorous dancing, and remember: these are statement pieces, not helmets.

2. Packed With Love (and Bubble Wrap)

Your hat will be packaged safely and securely so it arrives looking as fabulous as when it left my hands. If, however, you discover a fault or damage on arrival, you have 24 hours from delivery to let me know. After that, I assume the hat is living its best life on your head.

3. Custom Orders Need Time to Shine

All custom hats are made-to-order and crafted especially for you. Because perfection takes time (and glitter glue takes forever to dry), I require at least four weeks’ notice for custom designs.

If you can’t wait that long — no problem! Please choose from the ready-to-ship hats currently available in the shop. Instant chaos, no waiting required.

4. Copyright & Creative Chaos

All designs, concepts, and sparkling chaos are the intellectual property of Dizco Chaos. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or pretend you glued all those rhinestones yourself. Be original — like your hat.

Returns & Refunds Policy

(Because Sometimes Even Chaos Needs Rules)

At Dizco Chaos, every hat is lovingly handmade — which means each piece is unique and crafted just for you. Here’s how returns and refunds work:

Ready-to-Buy Hats

βœ… If you’ve purchased a ready-to-buy hat from the shop and you’re not completely happy, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery.

βœ… The hat must be returned in its original, unworn, unpartied-in condition and in the original packaging.

βœ… Return postage is your responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.


Custom Orders

❌ Custom-made hats are made just for you and therefore non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty (in which case, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery to resolve it).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your hat arrives with a fault or has been damaged in transit, please email me (with photos if possible) within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll work out a solution — repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

The Fine Print

Because all hats are handmade and full of personality, small variations and quirks are part of the charm and not considered faults. Remember: these hats are delicate statement pieces — treat them kindly and they’ll keep dazzling you.
